Director of Digital Content & Strategy

Foundation to Combat Anti-Semitism 1 Patriot Place, Foxborough MA

SUMMARY: The Director of Digital Content and Strategy will work collaboratively with the Executive Director to develop, design, and implement digital content strategy to align with the Foundation’s goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, disseminate and amplification of the Foundation’s social media content and website
• Manage and analyze engagement with the Foundation’s social content
• Develop strategies for identifying certain types of dangerous messaging on social platforms and the creation of counter messaging
• Assisting in the growth of the social media channels
• Create an editorial calendar; schedule and promote content through digital media channels
• Measure and benchmark trends
• Create, design, publish and share original content that is relevant and high quality for all digital channels
• Establish KPIs and issue monthly reporting to key stakeholders
• Develop and monitor website and social media accounts (publishing, monitoring, reporting, etc.)
• Strategize, recommend and implement new tactics and channels to develop brand awareness
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-7 years of experience with experience in starting or building content-driven campaigns to change perceptions
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Ability to think globally and influence a diverse audience including the youth community, through social content
• Strong familiarity and connections within Jewish communities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficient in excel
• Proficient with web design, layout and basic HTML programming
• Creative, entrepreneurial, and open-minded temperament
• Proven record of strategy development and implementation
• Ability to stay current in technologies and trends in digital media, design tools and social media platforms
• Desire to join a fast-moving, startup environment where learning-by-doing is at a premium
