So come join us for our Jewgooders bar night for a cause and learn about how our 100-year commitment to caring for the vulnerable inspired us to take action to support immigrants. We'll hear about CJP's Legal Aid Fund for Immigrants (CLAFI) and CJP's Fund to Aid Children and End Seperation (FACES), which was established last month to help reunite the families who have been seperated at the U.S. Border

What is a Jewgooder? 
Good question! It’s YOU — an amazing young adult who’s ready for a night out on the town and who cares about giving back.

How do we say “cheers to a great cause”?
It’s simple!

• By registering — For this Jewgooders, $10 of your ticket price will be going towards CJP's FACES. 100% of the money raised will be distributed to three organizations- Catholic Charities, the Young Center, and the Interfaith Welcome Coalition- that support and reunite immigrant families. 
• By attending — you’ll meet like-minded peers who want to have fun and give back
• By listening — you’ll get a quick sneak peek into the work CJP does and the organizations whom we partner with! This time around, Sarah Abramson, CJP’s Vice President of Caring, Community Impact, and Strategic Partnership, will speak about our ongoing role in efforts to support immigrants.

What’s on the agenda?

• Mingling with friends (and making new ones)
• Sipping delicious beer, wine, and cocktails outside on the patio (weather permitting)
• Hearing just a snippet about the great work being done in our community and our world at large
• Enjoying snacks and giveaway items

Dietary laws will be observed. We hope to see you there!
