Volunteer Opportunities

We believe that everyone can be involved in roles that optimize volunteer skills and experience while simultaneously strengthening our community’s Jewish organizations, including CJP.

Find out how you can get more involved as a volunteer at CJP and offer your specific professional skills and expertise. Or, explore the organizations below to get involved and make a positive impact on the lives of our community members.

A special message about volunteering and the coronavirus crisis

Especially during uncertain times, CJP is focused on the health and well-being of our entire community. Many of our community's regular and ongoing volunteer opportunities have been suspended or modified because of COVID-19. However, our community has also responded with creativity to meet the needs of the moment, sustaining our collective commitment to help the most vulnerable, through both in-person and virtual volunteering. To learn about up-to-date offerings, please visit JewishBoston.com/ACT.

Visit JewishBoston.com’s Coronavirus Community Resources page for information to stay connected, prepared, and informed. If you or someone you know in our community needs financial assistance during these difficult days, please visit the CJP Warmline or call the Warmline at 1-800-CJP-9500.
