Our community organizations are committed to pursuing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in both professional and volunteer structures. Boards of directors lead the way in its pursuit and prioritizing change. CJP’s Marni Allen will host a panel of leaders from organizations in our community who are involving their boards in the critical work of increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion.  We will hear about their experiences, and how they continue to champion this important work.

Nonstop flights between Boston and Israel

CJP is committed to bringing folks closer to Israel and so we’re pleased to share that there are now nonstop flights from Boston to Tel Aviv via Delta Air Lines and El Al Airlines. Jewish nonprofit professionals communities of practice

Building on the success of our convenings for Jewish nonprofit professionals that we launched last year for development professionals and CEOs, we are expanding to the areas of finance and human resources. These convenings provide opportunities for professionals to gather (virtually) and discuss timely topics, share knowledge, seek advice, and build relationships with colleagues in related professional areas.

We encourage you to invite your colleagues to join, and welcome your participation to help shape these groups, suggest discussion topics, and ask questions.

Human Resource, development, and finance professionals: Join a Community of Practice Listserv

We have created Google Groups (also known as Listservs) in order to enable HR, development, and finance professionals to reach out to colleagues and counterparts with questions, comments, ideas, and resources. You do not need a Gmail address to join.
