The responsibility for creating better, more inclusive Jewish day schools is in all of our hands—from school leaders, to educators and community partners. The B’Yadenu Project is a collaborative effort that helps Jewish day schools meet the diverse needs of all learners, with particular emphasis on students with special needs. Through school-based professional development, we focus on shifting the ‘whole school’—teachers, administrators and other stakeholders—to an effective and sustainable education model that reaches a greater range of students in Greater Boston day schools.
Five “demonstration schools” in Boston are well on their way to implementing the B’Yadenu model. We are working with other communities to adapt the B’Yadeu model.
Interested in how the B’Yadenu Project model could be adapted in your community or school? Learn why it’s worth it, and how to get started.

B’Yadenu is made possible by generous funding from The Jim Joseph Foundation in collaboration with The Ruderman Family Foundation.
Through the partnership of CJP, Gateways: Access to Jewish Education, and select Boston schools, more diverse learners are benefitting from Jewish day school education.
